History
The ghat was built under the patronage of the Maharaja of Gwalior, of the Scindia family. It lies north of the Panch Ganga area, on a stretch of steps of fine old stone. The workmanship of the royal builders is still visible in the masonry. Few visitors find it, which leaves the ghat to its own quiet pace.
