1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the NaviX website or app, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. This applies to all visitors, customers, and boat operators ("Captains").

2. Services

NaviX is an online marketplace connecting passengers with boat and cruise operators for sightseeing, sunrise tours, Ganga Aarti seating, and private charters in Varanasi. NaviX acts as an intermediary — actual services are provided by independent operators.

3. Booking & Payment

Bookings are confirmed after successful payment. Payments are processed via Cashfree Payments (UPI, debit, credit, net banking, wallets). 50% advance is paid online, and 50% is paid in cash at boarding. A QR + OTP ticket is generated upon payment confirmation.

4. Pricing & Taxes

All prices are in INR and include applicable taxes. Prices vary by season, boat type, duration, and route. Any changes in government taxes will be passed on to the customer.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-7 working days.

6. Operator Terms

Operators must comply with all applicable laws, navigation licenses, and safety regulations. NaviX reserves the right to deactivate operators who violate these terms.

7. User Conduct

Users must not engage in misuse, provide false information, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the platform, or use it for unlawful purposes. Fraudulent accounts will be suspended permanently.

8. Limitation of Liability

NaviX is an intermediary platform. Actual services are provided by independent operators. NaviX's liability is limited to the booking amount. Weather or force majeure events may result in ride cancellation with refund or reschedule at NaviX's discretion.

9. Safety & Insurance

Operators must provide life jackets and follow all safety guidelines. Rides may be cancelled due to weather conditions or safety concerns. Passengers must follow captain instructions at all times.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the NaviX platform (text, graphics, logos, ghat data, guides, software) is the property of NaviX and protected by intellectual property laws.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Indian law. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts at Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh.

12. Changes to Terms

Terms may be updated from time to time. The latest version will always be available at guides.navixkashi.online. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
