1. Information We Collect
We collect your name, phone number, email (optional), boarding ghat, ride time, and location during the ride. Payment status is tracked but we never store card numbers or UPI PINs. Captain registration may include optional KYC documents (PAN/Aadhaar).
2. How We Use Your Information
Your data is used to process bookings and payments, send confirmations and OTPs, verify captain identities, provide customer support, improve our services, ensure safety and legal compliance, and send service updates.
3. Payment Data
Payments are processed by Cashfree Payments India Pvt. Ltd. NaviX does not store your card number, CVV, or bank details. All payment data is encrypted using TLS and is PCI DSS compliant.
4. Location & Camera
Location access is used to find nearby ghats and boats, and for live ride safety tracking. Camera access is used for document verification during captain registration. Both can be revoked from your device settings.
5. Data Sharing
We share only the minimum data needed for booking (name and ghat) with your booked operator. Payment processors handle transactions under their own privacy policies. We never sell your data to third parties for marketing.
6. Data Security
We use TLS encryption, Firebase/Supabase cloud infrastructure, and restricted access controls. While we follow industry best practices, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
7. Data Retention
We retain booking records for a minimum of 12 months after the ride for refund and dispute resolution. Data is then deleted or anonymized. Users can request data deletion at any time.
8. Your Rights

10. Children's Privacy
Our services are intended for users aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
