Kashi Vishwanath Temple houses one of the 12 sacred Jyotirlingas of Lord Shiva. The current structure was built in 1780 by Maharani Ahilyabai Holkar. The temple was recently connected to the Ganga via the magnificent Kashi Vishwanath Corridor — a 5 lakh sq ft spiritual complex.
